A well bred colt by Lend A Hand out of Election Special who was successful as a juvenile. A half brother to First Ballot (10 wins) Devolution (4 wins) and La Speziana (2 wins) as well as being a full brother to stable companion Stoneacre Fred who was successful at Southwell last year. 

Donny has been unplaced in  his first three starts on the All Weather at Southwell (Jan & Feb) and Lingfield Park (Jun).  Stayed on well in the closing stages of his handicap debut when 7th of 10 to Feelin Foxy (beaten 4¼ lengths) over 5 furlongs at Wolverhampton on 25th June  before making no show on his next two starts.
